Marketing Executive

Faststream are a Global Specialist Recruitment Agency providing staffing solutions to niche industries in Shipping and Maritime, Oil and Gas and Built Environment. With offices in the UK, Singapore, Fort Lauderdale, Houston and Perth and with plans to open two new offices in the future we are looking for a marketing executive to support and implement the group marketing strategy in line with our continued growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for;

•Liaising with the specialist sales teams group wide to understand their sales requirement and how they are converted into marketing campaigns
•Re-aligning the focus of marketing strategies to reflect future sales requirements
•Undertaking new media research and analysis
•Negotiating with media channels
•Email marketing
•Generating new and innovative methods of delivering marketing strategies Internationally
•Dealing with the production and sign off of all advertising in conjunction with the group’s advertising agency
•Collating relevant data and reporting monthly on statistics as instructed
•Website and social media development strategies
•ROI reporting

The successful candidate will be reporting into the Group Marketing Manager and will be degree educated and have previous marketing experience preferably within a sales environment or for a business whose primary objective is to sell and promote their services. We are looking for a creative individual who is proactive, self-motivated and able to build strong working relationships within the groups sales teams as this will be an internationally focussed role, with opportunity to travel to overseas offices as required in the future.

Previous experience working with the following systems is also desirable but not essential; (url removed) web analytics or Google analytics, adobe creative suite, bond adapt or broadbean.
