Product Development Manager e-commerce payment

Our client a global payments organisation requires a self driven Product Manager to join their e-commerce payment team, to lead the development of the core business and commercial analytics in this area.
Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience
A strong track record of similar work in product development and marketing, preferably within a major e-commerce brand
E-commerce experience ideally gained in a large-scale consumer-servicing internet banking / online payment business.
A strongly logical and rationale approach
Demonstrated business acumen and strategic problem solving in order to identify key issues and develop actionable plans and recommendations
Excellent analytical skills to create a compelling business case.
Excellent influencing and communication skills to manage senior level internal and external stakeholders and to secure buy-in
Confident manner with proven ability to share in-depth knowledge of the wider e-commerce industry
Proven ability to work cross-functionally to build attractive propositions and drive significant delivery initiatives
A can do mentality demonstrating a real passion for making things happen combined with a flexible approach reflecting the dynamic nature of the role.
Desirable Skills, Knowledge & Experience
E-commerce retail experience and / or e-commerce payment cards environment experience
Knowledge of the cards and or financial services industry with familiarity across European geographies
Excellent presentation skills : verbal and written
Experience of working in continental Europe and the ability to speak more than one European language (in particular French & Spanish)
MBA or equivalent qualification
Main Tasks:
Identify and define e-commerce payment product opportunities through strong market, competitor and business requirements analysis
Determine stakeholder needs, develop product requirements and define go-to-market strategies
Create best in class logic for product development initiatives and the launch of new
e-commerce payment products
Prevent shocks and surprises by constantly updating and upgrading business cases
Provide data and analytics that point to how performance can be improved
Run a regular analytics update for use internally and by key clients
