Job role
• Working on the front desk, meeting and greeting customers and guests
• To follow up on marketing activity/quotations and enquiries that are sent in
• Conducting market research and providing technical support and answering technical questions
• To execute and analyze the success of marketing campaigns and advertisements
• Providing first line support to customers
• Gathering intelligence from prospective customers
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties
Person Specification
• Excellent communication skills

• Analytical and problem solving skills
• An interest and background in marketing would be beneficial
• A strong customer service and administration background is essential
