The salary for the new HEAD CHEF is set at an excllent 52,000 euros plus bonuses which should make abot £45k in British money.

The set up is a 90 seater Bistro plus a 50 seater Restaurant serveb by a 12 strong brigade plus KP's

The hotel has had excellent results during the recession. Currently the food is good quality brasserie. The owners wish to take the food to the next level but still maintain business levels. They do not want to end up like the dogwith a bone in Aesop's fable!!

So the successful HEAD CHEF will have that rare quality of being able to achieve high quality, high volume food and experience in that type of environment is crucial as is the absolute right to work in the UK.
