Description		We have known this outstanding chef for years. He is looking for a SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIE TO JUNIOR SOUS CHEFto join the expanding brigade to serve the 75 covers and occassinal functions and you only do 9 shifts with early finishes. We have already placed here before where our applicant is extremely happy. The venue is set just to the west of Cardiff so the Capitalis within easy reach. There is live in.
