The succesful chpastry chef will enjoy an outstanding remuneration package of up to £26k comprising salary up to £23k plus £3k in tips.

The restaurant is closed Sunday evening and Monday and as chef de partie you will get other time off in the week.

There are around 60 covers served by a 6 strong brigade of chefs.
