What might not be so readilly understood is the respect that we are held in by most of them because they know that we rarely put candidates forward for any position unless we are sure, because our reputation is as invaluable to us as any M Starred place is to them.

You will need proven experience as a CHEF DE PARTIE for at least for 2 or 3 years or as a senior chef de partie or junior sous chef for at least one year and in all cases at least to Michelin Star level or 2 or 3 chefs hat or some similar international accolade, or you will need to impress us with your sincerity and dedication and be prepared to give top references to support your application.

Because we are passionate about food we are open literally 24/7. We do not expect you to work such suicidalhours but we do expect the dedication that you know will make you a household and industry name in the future.
