SENIOR SOUS CHEF wanted to work alongside a great Head Chef who we have worked with for years. The restaurant is set in West Sussex close to the coast at Chichester

There is a strong Fish bias so this is a great opportunity for the successful SOUS CHEF to help improving lower rank chefs to learn all about what can be a difficult section to master.

There are 90 covers served by a brigade of 8.

Salary is set at £25k and is live out.
