We are seeking someone who can combine a head for profitable business with a heart for creative cuisine and here is a position which you talents will flourish.

As the inspirational driving force behind the kitchen’s operation, you will be the brains behind everything from the creation of imaginative menus to the recruitment and training of staff, ordering stock, quality control, health and safety and the achievement of a budgetary targets.

This is an ideal opportunity for either a competent Head Chef or a first appointment as Head Chef from a senior Sous Position.

The ideal candidate must hold City&Guilds Qualifications and a Food hygiene

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

The hours of work are around 40 hours per work but must be flexible.

The salary is negotiable depending on experience.
