hotel in Wimbledon is looking for a highly experience SENIOR SOUS CHEF to join its 13 strong brigade serving 45 to 60 covers in their 2AA Rosette fine dining restaurant that is close to gaining its third rosette. Additionally there are 5 function rooms ranging in numbers from 2 to 98.

The head chef has an impressive pedigree of working in the celebrated Savoy kitchens for 3 years and at various Michelin Starred establishments.

They are happy to pay up to £32k for the right SENIOR SOUS CHEF

You will need previous strong experience in a 4 star or 5 star environment and need to have an absolute right to work in the Uk and because of the seniority of the position you will need impeccable English.
