Description

Breakfast chef de partie required for leading 5 star property in Bucks with 3AA Rosette restaurant plus various other outlets.

Hours are 6.30pm to 4pm in the week and 7am to 4pm at weekends. As well as breakfast you will also help out in the cafe and brasserie so you will need to be skilled to gastro pub standards.

Salary will be around Ł18.5k or maybe even more for the right person.
