Restaurant Area Manager
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + Car + Bonus + Fantastic Benefits

The Job Role:
* An Area Manager for a collection high performing businesses in Norfolk
A fast paced environment where you will need to think on your feet and react to the demands of a growing brand
* Work closely with high performance General Unit Manager?s to achieve results
* Able to adopt a hands on policy where necessary
* Share similar values to this company and be truly people focused,
The Candidate:
The successful candidate must have previous multi-site experience and have multi site management experience..
* A proven man-manager who is goals-orientated and has a proven track record of achieving results
* An Area Manager with excellent organisational and communication skills
* A proven track record of driving results through your team
* Able to set clear objectives and guidelines for your team, deliver a clear vision and measure success accordingly.
* Experience of working within a similar food driven organisation
* The Area Manager will ideally come from a structured/branded catering, restaurant or retail operation or a food quality gastro/pub environment
