Restaurant Supervisor / front of house / Waiting on Manager required for a well established and high profile inn based in South Cornwall. This permanent vacancy is an immediate start and would suit a candidate that has worked for a high profile fine dining / gastro establishment.Split shifts including weekends. Up to 15pa depending on experience

As a Restaurant Supervisor / front of house / Waiting on Manager you will be enjoy:

Front of house duties to welcome high caliber customers into this well established inn
Co-ordinating the waiting on and bar staff
Managing the whole dining process from lunch to evening meal
Promoting the locally sourced food menu and specials dishes to customers
Leading a team of restaurant staff and assisting the general management team
Experience of working in a high profile restaurant
Natural flair and enthusiasm for promoting at gastro / fine dining level
Ability to prepare a variety of meals for various types of themes
Empathy and rapport building and support to other kitchen staff
Excellent levels of customer service
Must have own transport as not on a public transport route
