Food and Beverage Manager - **Busy Town Centre Hotel**. This busy 4 star hotel is looking to recruit a Food and Beverage Manager who will be responsible for managing all food and beverage areas including, restaurant, bar, conference & banqueting and kitchen. Part of an established and growing hotel group the hotel has 70 bedrooms and high quality meetings & events space. The hotel enjoys a high percentage of corporate business and a strong local reputation.

The Job

As Food & Beverage Manager you will be responsible for managing the day to day food and beverage operations, implementing & maintaining service standards. Additionally the Food & Beverage Manager will develop staff through coaching and training, compile rota’s, payroll and maintain health & safety standards whilst ensuring high levels of customer service are achieved for a discerning clientele.

The Person

Previous management experience of Conference & Banqueting and Food & Beverage is essential, coupled with the drive and determination to really succeed and make a difference. Suitable candidates for the position of Food and Beverage Manager will have excellent leadership and management skills together with the ability to train and develop their team. Additionally, good communication skills, attention to detail and excellent personal presentation will be required for success as Food and Beverage Manager.
