Salary: Up to £22,000

Workplace description: Located in the Heart of the Cotswolds, this privately owned hotel is a lived-in, much-loved home from home, where nothing is too much trouble and no corners are cut. You will immediately feel the warmth of the hotel and will be in the hands of a thoroughly professional team, whose friendliness is genuine and whose understanding of the needs of each individual guest is instinctive.
Main duties and responsibilities: We are looking for someone who can run the section with one other CDP, fresh ingredients, all breads, ice creams, desserts made from fresh ingredients.

Essential criteria: Experience in a similar level kitchen ie. Hotel environment. Rosette experience with good level of cookery qualifications.

Accommodation provided: Yes (single)

Charge for accommodation: £32.00 p/w

Miscellaneous: Travelling costs will be considered for interview
