Reservation Agent

Working for a well established Hotel Booking Company within Derbyshire, we are looking for ideally an experienced reservations agent or a candidate with experience within hospitality and customer service.

Our client provides a service so that no matter how large or small your accommodation requirements may be, They provide a full support service, from initial enquiry through to the final confirmation.

We are currently recruiting for a Reservations Consultant for a well established hotel and venue finding service for corporate business travellers and companies.
Along with hotel reservations this company also specialises in venue bookings, whether it's an interview room, for a variety of styles and budgets.

Key responsibilities are:

• Client and venue liaison
• Making accommodation bookings and client confirmations
• Taking client enquiries by telephone or email
• Rate negotiation

You ideally will have previous experience in a similar role, good knowledge of hotel groups and geographical locations. You must also be customer focused with an excellent telephone manner.
