Head Chef / Catering manager – a genuinely interesting opportunity for an experienced proven chef from a pub or cafe or corp background.
New opening, family restaurant, cafe and coffee kiosk
This is a small fast growing operation with 2 existing sites just about to open number 3!!! all in the midlands.
Fresh homemade sausages, bread and vegetables all made on site and chutneys and local produce, 200-300+ covers and more on a summers day as well quality as sandwiches and scones.
There is a cafe and a basic but nice family restaurant, the emphasis is on basic home grown, homemade.
The person required must be a mature people manager who will be hands on in the kitchen managing the fast service from the menu in the family restaurant, the sandwich supply, baking and also some involvement in the butchery. There is a team of around 10 to manage.
There are SERIOUS promotion and future multi-site management possibilities for the future if that’s what you want, or just a top job on this new site, this is a rare opportunity to be part of something really good. It is not at all rosette gastro pub level but it is all fresh and local and part of a good brand.
