Contract Cleaning Manager

Jobs@Pertemsp are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Contracts Manager to join the team based in Bracknell.
The successful applicant will be working for the Operations & Business Development Manager, providing additional support in managing some very prestigious client sites. You will be responsible for ensuring required standards are achieved on various client sites in Berkshire, West Sussex, Hampshire and possibly Hertfordshire too. You will work closely with the company's clients and will also be involved in the recruitment, training, performance management and retention of Supervisory and Operations staff.
While we are looking for someone with proven managerial experience, you must also willing to be hands-on, carrying out the cleaning yourself if cover cannot be sourced.
The Cleaning Contract Manager would work a minimum of 40 hours per week.

The salary for this role will depend on skills and experience but will be around £21K per annum. The role will include either the use of your own vehicle for business purposes or a company vehicle, plus a mobile telephone..
