Restaurant Manager, Nr Bristol, Modern British Dining Brasserie, £23-£26k.
My client is looking for a Restaurant Manager to work in their busy modern British fine dining brasserie operation in Portishead near Bristol. The Restaurant manager will report into the Executive Chef however must be able to demonstrate experience in all aspects of Restaurant Management including staff management, recruitment, stock management, cash handling and health and safety etc. Applicants should also be able to demonstrate knowledge of good food and wine. The ideal candidate will have charm, energy and excellent customer service. 1 or 2 Rosette experience, although not essential, would be beneficial.
