Facilities/Office Assistant
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a professional organisation with a great working environment and progression for the right individual. Working within this small team, you will be responsible for a variety of activities including organising meeting rooms and equipment, moving of furniture and refreshments. You will also be responsible for dealing with the post, monitoring the meeting room diary, covering reception on occasion and organising company car details. This is a hands-on role within a professional business and will suit individuals who are keen to gain experience within an office environment and who offer a professional, confident manner. Previous office experience would be of advantage however my client will consider individuals without this. Some manual work will be required in this role i.e. lifting of boxes.
