An ambitious West Country-based Serviced Apartment provider and agency with an expansive portfolio of corporate accommodation now seeks an excellent relationship-builder and business developer to join the team and become central to the exciting and challenging expansion plans of the company. Although mainly office-based, there will be the opportunity to travel around the country from time to time.
Role: Account Executive, UK based West Country [MPI-00192]
As an ambitious fast growing company specialising in the corporate travel industry, the organisation is looking to employ a dynamic and self motivated individual with a proven track record in sales, preferably in business travel.
The role of account executive is diverse and challenging:
Identifying potential clients during periods of lead generation
Making initial contact through phone and e-mail
Securing long term business relationships with face-to-face meetings and a dedicated personal service.
Retention of clients
Key account management
Processing bookings using the bespoke on-line administration system
This position will suit someone who is ambitious, goal orientated and reward driven. Being commercially aware and having an interest in the corporate travel industry would be advantageous.
Key areas of responsibility:
Managing and developing existing accounts
Securing new business
Excellent IT skills
Excellent verbal and written English
2 years proven sales experience
Drivers licence and own car
Personable, approachable and confident in meeting new people
Flexible and positive approach to tasks set, big or small
Experience in the corporate travel industry
Remuneration guide: to £18,000 basic with OTE to £24,000
