Description		Housing Scheme Manager (Housing Officer) Bradford Salary 7.67 per hour plus accommodation package of 3 bed maisonette with garden � 25 hours per week job share role. Our client has more than 40 years' experience of working with elderly people and providing residential care homes � so they know how to help you get the best out of life. They work with local authorities and primary care trusts across England to provide older people with care services and retirement solutions. They are currently recruiting for Scheme Manager to deliver excellent customer service and who will demonstrate a clear understanding of their vision and values and ensuring the provision of a safe, secure and welcoming environment for all customers. In this role you will be required to build and maintain relationships with tenants as well as promote and facilitate all support facilities. It is crucial in this role that all service standards are met and you will have the responsibility of managing your own performance. You will be required to take ownership of customer complaints and provide feedback where required. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all compliance is met, this will include supervising other members of staff. To apply for this role it is essential that you have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team. You must be comfortable working on computer packages, literate and numerate. Experience working to targets and deadlines is also essential. Previous experience of working with elderly people would be an advantage. networx are not a typical agency.
