PUBLIC SECTOR ADMINISTRATOR
Our client is a Local Authority based in North Wales. They are currently recruiting up to 5 experienced administrators to work with various departments of the council
You will be required to do the following activities:
- Filing
- Faxing
- Scanning and Photocopying
- Data Entry
- Audio Typing
- Organising diaries
- Answering telephone queries
- Providing Team administration support
The client requires someone who has the following:
- Min of 2 years public sector administration experience (must be the last 2 years of experience)
- Min of 40 wpm typing
- Previous experience of dealing with large volumes of work
The client would prefer if you have worked for any of the following organisations as an Administrator:
- NHS ( Clinic, Hospitals, Practices)
- Local Council
- Government Bodies
- Charities
- Police
- Central government
- Schools/Universities/Colleges
- Home Office/Post Office/Libraries
If you have not worked for any of the above then please do not apply as your application will be rejected.
Candidate should be willing to provide a CRB if required through Carrington Blake Recruitment
Please note that the duration of the contracts vary and it could last for 1 Month - 1 year.
