4Social Work has an exciting Occupational Therapist position that has become available within adult services. We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to work within a challenging yet rewarding role for our client based in West London

The position will be initially for 3 months, but is likely to be extended due to the urgent requirement.

Job Description:
Under supervision, you will be required to carry out basic data input and administrative duties related to the dealing with Occupational Therapy cases for assessment, advise, provision of equipment, minor and major adaptations.

It is essential that you must have experience of DFG work or at least working for Adult Social Care.

You will need to have full driving license and vehicle.

Skills:
Candidate must have a CRB Must have excellent minuting skills must have at least a level English Must have excellent IT skills must have excellent communication skills (written verbal)
