Home Manager – Caerphilly - £40k.
Our client is a charitable Housing Association that provides a wide range of housing and support services to over 1000 people each year across South East Wales. They are looking for an experienced home manager for their 76 bed service in Caerphilly.
Your duties will be:
• To set up the home and recruit staff and residents.
• To be the person-in-charge for day-to-day running of the home.
• Promote a caring environment for service users through high standards of professional practice and that are conducive to the physical, emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual needs of the service users.
• Ensure that each service user receives appropriate care for their individual needs.
• Implement the requirements of the National Minimum Standards for Care Homes for Older people.
You will be an experienced RGN/RMN manager with experience in a similar role. NVQ4/RMA would be an advantage but is not essential.
