Description		My client is based outside norwich in norfolk and they are looking for a deputy care home manager for a well run home. They are looking for a person who knows what its like to lead a time, so a person who has been in a team leader role or deputy. An NNQ Level 3 is needed due to the fact this role is senior role. The home is a nursing home who has 12 service users. Duties would include acting as the manager when they are away from the unit, and also working closely with the manager.
