My client is based outside norwich in norfolk and they are looking for a deputy care home manager for a well run home. They are looking for a person who knows what its like to lead a time, so a person who has been in a team leader role or deputy. An NNQ Level 3 is needed due to the fact this role is senior role. The home is a nursing home who has 12 service users.

Duties would include acting as the manager when they are away from the unit, and also working closely with the manager. Also dealing with any matters with the team or service user.

The salary for this role pays up to 24k
