Description		My client is based in the cambridge area and they are looking for a deputy manager, the home is a ld home but would be willing to take somebody from another sector. Must have a NVQ Level 3 in care. Duties would include running the home while the manager was away, also working closely with the home to imptove the CQC Rating of 2
