MY client is based in the cambridge area and they are looking for a care home manager. The home has a CQC Rating of 2 and are looking for a fresh face to come in and improve this score. The home has 20 beds and is a LD Home, they are looking to grow in the future.

Duties will include
control the budget
Recruiting staff on a perm or temp basis
Running the home on a day to day basis
Making sure the home is at full capcity as much as possible
Dealing with any staff or service user issues

The salary for this role is 28-33k
