Required: Branch Manager � Cardiff Allied Healthcare Group Ltd are currently looking for an experienced Healthcare Manager to run our Cardiff Branch In addition to your Healthcare knowledge you will be someone who can drive business development through increasing sales, account manage existing customers and display a high level of Business acumen. You will be an enthusiastic manager of people and be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the branch teams whilst ensuring that minimum quality standards are adhered. This is very much a �hands on� operational role. You must display excellent communication skills, a flexible approach and the personality to drive a business and team forward. You will have the LMCS qualification, or at least be willing to work towards it, with previous experience in a management capacity.
