We are looking to recruit an experienced Manager in Residential Elderly Care with a keen desire to raise and maintain the highest standards of care in a residential care home near Colchester.

The person we are looking for will need to demonstrate that they can work effectively in a fast-moving environment and that they are fully conversant with National Minimum standards in care.

You will have strong leadership skills and hold the Registered Managers Award / NVQ level 4 in Care Management.
