The Role
Our client is looking for a Manager for their residential and demntia home.
As home manager you will be responsible for all aspects of running the home; including care plan implementation, adhering to all CQC regulations and raising standards of care where necessary. You will also be responsible for staff recruitment, training and appraisals and organising staff rotas. Whilst you will have a superb support network to assist with a broad spectrum of matters, you will also be required to handle liaising with external bodies and the setting and monitoring of budgets. You will be required to maintain the high care standards that have been set in the home, and be an excellent manager of staff.

The Person
You will be central Lincolnshire based. An RGN or RMN with at least 5 years management experience in large (55+Bed)dementia care home or have your NVQ 4/RMA You will be committed to providing the highest care standards and to be passionate about the welfare of the service users.
