My client is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced social worker / residential manager to head their new residential family assessment centre in Solihull.
You would be responsible for the day to day organisation and effective running with the home in accordance with the Care Standards Act and Regulations, General Social Care Council codes of practise and other legal requirements. You will be responsible for a team of qualified staff, monitoring allocation of work, monitoring of work progress, staff management, performance management and managing budgets. Ensure staff receives the appropriate support through relevant supervision, appraisal and governance arrangements and that staff understand their individual responsibilities through and the process. Dip SW and previous management experience is essential. NVQ 4 and RMA desireable.
