Our client within the Noorthampton area are currently looking for an Associate Area Manager.



You will be reporting to the area manager within the Children and Young People's Sector.



Your work will involve working alongside the area manager, working as part of the area team to improve outcomes for all children and young people within the area, developing service, assisting the Area manager in ensuring that children and young people are safeguarded, the life chances of looked after children are improved and support is provided to families who are in need, vulnerable or excluded, contributing towards the development of social care and other services for children who are in need, vulnerable or excluded in the Area and put in place clear arrangements for delivering change.
