Registered Home Manager – Colwyn Bay £35-£36k pa

Our client is a leading charity who provides care and support for older people through a national network of residential care homes, sheltered housing and community services. The friendly residential home with dementia care is situated in the Colwyn Bay area and benefits from close links with the local community and support groups.ay
We require a highly motivated, dynamic individual to join our forward thinking team. Ideally, you will have experience of managing people at a senior level, an ability to form positive relationships with people and a sound understanding of the role that spiritual, emotional and physical health play in the well being of a person. Above all, you will have a passionate desire to enhance the quality of life for older people.

The role is full time, 37.5 hours per week, and we offer a £2,500 per annum performance related bonus, final salary pension scheme, annual leave entitlement, sickness benefit and several incentives which are unique to our charity. You will need to be fluent Welsh speaker with NVQ4 RMA or RGN qualified with a minimum of two years management experience within a similar setting.
