An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Conwy area for an experienced Manager within Learning Disability services to have overall responsibility for the 24hour management of two of our homes in the Llandudno and Mochdre area. The post requires someone with an attitude for guiding and coaching staff teams with particular emphasis on individualised care/support approaches. The post holder will have full involvement in the marketing of a new 8 bed residential care home in Mochdre, and will ensure the continual development of our existing 7 bed home in Llandudno.

You will have achieved the RMA / NVQ level 4 desirable, or be willing to work towards.
