Home Manager

Our client is a leading independent provider of care to elderly service users across the UK.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and dynamic Home Manager for a 45 bedded Nursing and Residential Care home in the Enfield area of London.

Main purpose of the role:

-To oversee the care of residents within the Care Home.
-To take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Care Home
-The marketing of the home
-Maintaining/improving occupancy levels
-To ensure that all Company policies and procedures, and all legal requirements are adhered to within the defined timescales.

Applicants must have a strong background in Care Home management with an excellent track record of compliance and improving and maintaining standards of care in the homes they have previously managed.

The post has an excellent salary of £50,000 with a 25% annual performance bonus.
