Care Home Manager - Elderly

The Employment Corridor are currently looking to source a new manager for this stinning 60 bed Care Home that looks after the Elderly. The home offers both Nursing and residential services.

The client is a highly regarded operator in the Oxfordshire region and has operated in this region for the last 25 years. They are winners of multiple awards for care and home design and operate a fantastic culture of teamwork.

As the Registered Care home manager you will have previous experience of managing a medium sized care home and you will have clinical qualifications preferably as a geneneral Nurse (RN or RGN).

The successful candidate will have 4 years + management experience and have a track record of success in management a similar home, (we are not considering deputies for this post). You will completely familiar with all the processes both front and back of house and understand what makes a good home.

You will an excellent team player and understand how to get the best out of your staff, you will be good at budgeting, recruitment, all clinical aspects - Care plans, medical Audits, HR policies and Marketing.

This 360 degree Care home manager will be driven and ambitious and will want to eventually be the regional manager for this area.
