Home Manager - Elderly

The Employment Corridor are pleased to announce a new and fantastic opportunity in the Ipswich area for an experienced Care Home manager to commission a brand new medium sized Care Home with Nursing (70 bed).

The client is a well known, medium sized care operator with an exceptional track record of achievement in the delivery of top level care and care home management.

The ideal Care home manager will have a min 4 years experience in the management of Care Homes and WILL have commissoned a care home in the past. You will off course have the relevent clinical and operational knowledge to ensure that everything is managed appropriately both front and back of house and preferably you will be nurse qualified.

The Care Home Manager will have full support from H/O and there will be a team brought in to assist in Sales to build occupancy and a development manager to assist in operation aspects. There is also a full head office function, so all HR issues and recruitment are dealt with along side of the new manager.

This is an exceptional role for an experienced care home manager to get their teeth stuck into. It brings with it an excellent package and career opportunities internally.
