Adoption Team Manager

Outcomes UK have a strong reputation in working in partnership with Private and Voluntary organisations for both permanent and interim recruitment services.

We are currently working with a voluntary sector organisation, who are looking to recruit an Adoption Team Manager.

The role involves providing a child centred adoption service to prospective adopters, adoptive parents and children. To line manage and supervise a team of social workers, to develop and provide an excellent adoption service, and to prepare for inspections.
