A Deputy Manager is required for this residential home for adult Male service users who have learning disabilities and Autism. The role is to support the Registered Manager who has a professional yet relaxed manner, in offering the best quality care and living standards to the service users. You will be required to oversee care plans to ensure CQC regulations are adhered to, and to supervise the care team to ensure they stay motivated and offer the best care, you will also devise inhouse training and development programmes, working with the concept of person centered care.
