Nurse - RNLD, RGN, RMN - Hampshire

RMN / RGN / RNLD qualified Nurses of all levels are required to join a fantastic care home helping adults with autism and learning difficulties in the Hampshire area. The home is a small but modern residential home with an excellent CQC rating.

Candidates must be RMN / RGN / RNLD qualified nurse and should have ideally gained strong experience caring for adults with autism, learning difficulties and challenging behaviour or be willing to work in this type of environment.

You will be required to have close contacts with all service users and deliver personalised care as per each users requirements. You will encourage clients to live as independently as they can in as safe as possible manner.
