Salary £45,000 - £55,000 + 10% Performance Bonus

My client is looking for an RGN Home Manager to lead and manage one of their nursing homes in Reading you will also have vast experience in elderly care. This a 55 + bedded home with 65 + staff

This role requires the following Qualification:
•RGN
•RMA
•Previously been a registered home manager of elderly care home.
•Proven leadership and team building skills.
•Excellent knowledge of CQC and home regulations.
•Controlled a large budget previously.
•Experienced in Disciplinary & Grievance matters.
•Experienced in interviewing at using competency based system
•Can demonstrate ability to problem solve
•Can demonstrate ability to work to tight deadlines
•Experience in dealing with SOVA and CQC legislation
•Demonstrates problem solving ability
•Commissioned home/unit previously; evidence of bed-filling and fee management ability
•Excellent communication skills, oral and written
•Experience in influencing other professionals
•Excellent time management & organisational skills
