Our Client:
This Independent Fostering Agency are looking for someone to add to their ever expanding team. With an outstanding OFSTED report you will learn as well as work in a lively and exciting atmosophere.

The Role:
The ideal candidate must have experience in fostering. They must have proven social work experience,at least a years post grad experience within fostering, have a good knowledge of Fostering Services Regulations as well as good communication, problem solving and leadership skills.

You will be:
* Helping with recruitment for potential foster carers, formulating and implementing strategies for marketing.
* Allocating Form F Assessment and monitoring progress and timescales
* Ensuring foster carers have the neccessary help
