Operations Manager - Nursing Homes

OPERATIONS /REGIONAL MANAGER REQUIRED FOR SMALL PROVIDER MANAGING NURSING HOMES ACROSS THE NORTH WEST

Eclypse Recruitment is currently looking to recruit an experienced Operations Manager / Regional Manager for a healthcare provider covering a small number of nursing homes in the North West of England.

We are looking for a candidate who is experienced in healthcare/ nursing and has previously had at least 12 months experience as an operations manager with multisite management or very experienced Home Manager/ Multi-site Manager. You will need to be able to demonstrate that you can successfully balance the demands of providing live management support and direction to managers as well as contributing to policy development.
You will be managing budgets and business plans and be capable of multi site management and show evidence of your success in this role

We are short listing for this role ASAP and we are looking for candidates to possess the following qualifications:-

*IDEAL Registered Nurse - can be any branch of nursing (RMN, RGN, RNLD)
*RMA / LMA or NVQ Level 4/5 in Care Management
*Previous hands on Home Management or Hospital Management experience
*Ideally previous senior management experience in healthcare i.e. managing more than one service at any one time

We also need candidates who are experienced in the following areas of healthcare management:-

*Dealing with the Care Quality Commission - CQC
*Management of Home Managers and Services Managers
*Experience in elderly/dementia client groups
*Minimum care standards
*A passion for delivering high care standards in the private sector

This role will involve high amounts of travel around the NORTH WEST so you need to be accessible to Lancashire and Merseyside specifically.

Salary is circa £45,000 to £50,000
