Family Services manager - 6 month contract

Our client, a provider of housing and services for vulnerable families, is looking to recruit a Family Services Manager to cover maternity leave for a minimum of 6 months.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a Supported Living project, based in west London, providing support & housing for up to 19 families of medium to high needs. You will be encouraging, supporting, training and enabling service users to make better provision & decisions for their family, as well as being responsible for the tenants, staff and building.

To be considered for this role, you will need:-
*Substantial people management experience
*To have experience of working closely with people who are homeless
*A thorough understanding of diversity & inclusion, child protection and safeguarding issues
*A recent CRB check dated within the last year
