🔍 Your Role Will Include:

• Leading commercial strategy across high-profile rail programmes
• Managing budgets, cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Overseeing procurement and subcontractor performance
• Navigating NEC and Network Rail contract frameworks
• Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders

• Proven experience in rail infrastructure, with direct Network Rail exposure
• Strong commercial and contractual expertise
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
