Project Manager – Water Infrastructure (Langport, Somerset)

Acrow Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a water and civil infrastructure project in Langport, Somerset.
Scope of Works:
- Installation of concrete pump lines through an underwater tunnel using ground anchor winches
- Water pumping operations including settlement and dosing systems
- Underwater concrete pours and contamination monitoring
- Concrete boom pump operations
- Installation and removal of Porta Dams
- Fish recovery works
- Shuttering works near water in line with temporary works designs
- Piling works
- Concrete repair works
- Pump set-up and de-rig operations
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience managing civil engineering or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance
- Ability to manage subcontractors, programmes, and site operations effectively
- Experience coordinating multiple work activities within live construction environments
- Strong communication, planning, and leadership skills
- Awareness of environmental protection measures and pollution prevention controls
Essential Requirements
- SMSTS qualification (minimum)
- CITB SEATS qualification (Online course)
- Valid CSCS card
- Invasive Species Online Training (training link provided - Online Course)
