- Senior Surveyor /Contract Procurement (Building Services and Maintenance)
- Pay rate is negotiable (£30 to £45.00 ph )
- Cambridgeshire (Hybrid role)
- We are looking for a Surveyor who has Local Authority Procurement experience and MTC contract skills who can work at a Senior level with Stakeholders!
- Local Authority experience, at least 5 years Post Qualification experience in construction procurement, experience in working with framework providers, RICS or CIOB qualification, experience in specification writing and analysis of tenders and financial awareness.
- Length of Contract : 4/5 months.
