Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and manage reports of Anti-Social Behaviour within the local community, ensuring swift and effective action in line with policies and procedures.
- Engage with residents, local authorities, and other stakeholders to understand issues and deliver appropriate interventions.
- Provide expert advice and support to victims of ASB, offering solutions to help resolve incidents and prevent escalation.
- Work closely with partner agencies, including the police and housing providers, to address the root causes of ASB.
- Carry out site visits, inspections, and case reviews, documenting all actions and outcomes thoroughly.
- Prepare and present reports for legal proceedings, including gathering evidence for ASB hearings and court cases when required.

- Experience in dealing with anti-social behaviour cases, either in housing, law enforcement, or local government.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving issues in the community.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices around ASB and community safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, managing a varied caseload effectively.
- A full UK driving licence is preferred.
