£35,000 - £40,000 per annum, including a car allowance and monthly uncapped commission

Who we're looking for:

• Proven experience in a 360-recruitment role, ideally within Construction
• A track record of achieving targets and building strong client relationships
• Driven, proactive, and confident in managing your own workload
• Thrives in a busy, competitive environment

What you'll be doing:

• Generating new business through B2B calls, meetings, and LinkedIn outreach
• Negotiating fees and terms to maximise your commercial success
• Managing and growing client accounts and their go-to recruitment partner
• Writing engaging job adverts and using social media to attract candidates
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
• Conducting interviews and managing the full recruitment process
• Ensuring compliance with RTW checks and internal processes
• Building long-term, trusted relationships with clients and candidates
