Salary/Rate:
£30,000 - £32,000/annum

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm (1 hour lunch)

  • Every other Saturday: 8:00am–12:00pm
    Salary: £30000 basic + bonus 
    Reports to: Parts Manager

Role Overview

The Parts & Warehouse Operative will support the effective receipt, storage, booking, and despatch of vehicle parts within a busy automotive environment. This is not a customer-facing position; however, it requires strong internal communication with colleagues across Parts, Service, and Workshop teams. Experience using Kerridge, Keyloop Drive, or CDK systems is essential to perform daily responsibilities accurately and efficiently.

Essential Criteria

  • Educated to High School level.

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a warehouse and/or parts operative role, ideally in the automotive sector.

  • 1–3 years’ hands-on experience using Kerridge, CDK, or Keyloop (mandatory).

  • Forklift truck licence desirable but not essential.

  • Able to lift items up to 30kg.

  • Competent user of Microsoft Office and database systems.

  • Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with internal team members.

  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required.

  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
